Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Lnelife please read the following Returns & Refunds policy carefully then contact us to confirm the process.

Manufacturing or Material Faults. 60 Days replacement.

We have faith in our products and we are serious about ensuring your experience with Lnelife is a positive one, so if within the first 60 days of purchase your product is affected by a manufacturing or material fault when subject to accepted normal use, we will replace the item with same or similar product to the same original purchase value free of charge. Manufacturing or material fault claims are not subject to the same return standards as wrong product ordered or change of mind, but we will require detailed photos and explanation of the problem before arranging replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items under the Manufacturing or Material Faults Policy.

Wrong Product Ordered or Change Of Mind. 7 Days replacement.

For wrong product ordered or change of mind we offer a 7 day replacement or refund policy. Wrong product ordered or change of mind returns require that the product is returned "as new", meaning it is in the same brand new condition you received it, has not been worn, soiled or washed and all labels, tags and packaging are attached, intact and as new. Accepted wrong product ordered or change of mind returns will be replaced with same or similar product to the value of original item less shipping and re-stocking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items under the Wrong Product Ordered or Change Of Mind Policy.

Wrong Product Received or Faulty On Arrival. 7 Days replacement or refund.

If the product you receive is not the product you ordered or is faulty or damaged on receipt, you must not remove any labels, tags or packaging attached. Take photo proof of the package and item as received and notify Lnelife within 72 Hours of receipt. From notification, detailed photos and explanation of the problem must be received by Lnelife within 7 Days. Our staff will assess the claim before arranging replacement or refund to the original value of the item. Any shipping involved in succesful claims will be covered by Lnelife.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
